I have noticed a lot of micro stuttering when flaying or even moving the camera too fast. Most of the stuttering happens when flaying but also in dungeons or questing. Lowering the graphics to 1 works out but clearly this shouldn’t be the solution. Lowering Compute effects also make its better but still are some drops once in a while. PC: 13700K + 4080 + 32GB. Game running in a m.2 PCIe 4.0 only for games, OS on a separate m.2.
